      Pros

      Hyper growth, competitive compensation + benefits and good career growth prospects and impressive people. Culturally Nebius rewards those that are generous with their time and energy. Nebius is an excellent place to work and anyone offered a position here is presented with a very good opportunity.

      Cons

      Hiring very fast so processes are being formed on the fly which could be frustrating for someone that is not flexible and/or coming from a rigid corporate background

      Nice base salary, SOME colleagues are nice(only some of them)

      Cons

      Horrible working culture, it’s a shaky company with terrible management. Working overtime is very common in this company and they are proud of it. Office bully and gaslighting, what you’ve earned from this company will end up in therapy and hospital.
