I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union
Interview
I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me via phone call. The recruiter was incredibly kind and informative, and set me up for an in person interview. The in person interview, however, was unpleasant. Upon arrival they hand you a sheet to fill out with answers and examples of your work style, they left me waiting for about 35 minutes before calling me back for my interview. I was sat in the middle of the room about 15ft away from the desk where 4 employees sat to interview me, and they all kept asking each other if any of them had questions to ask me, and kept telling each other no one had any questions. One employee flipped through his notes and found a few questions to ask me, and upon my answer, kept repeating the same question but in further detail. They all seemed ill prepared, and a bit unprofessional.

Interview
Online application, then assessment, then phone interview. I was ghosted as the interviewer was a no show. The response was so unprofessional that I have no interest in going any further. Pay is lousy too. I can see why they have high turnover.

Interview
Interview was quick and pleasant. Typical questions such as tell me about yourself as this was an entry level position. Interviewer was friendly and personable and made me feel at ease.
