Branch manager was friendly and helpful. Was interviewed by both the branch manager and the assistant branch manager. Interview was formal, but fun. Interaction was not so uptight, which was nice. Mid-interview our conversation changed as they inquired about me taking a different position. It was unexpected, but nice.

Straightforward and very simple interview and requires minimal preparation. Be prepared to discuss your history and try to tie in your past experience with what you want your current role to be.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
