The interview process consisted of 4 interviews. One with HR, another with team lead, then department lead and finally the founder. Although it was acknowledged my experience was extensive I did not receive an offer, it seems they are looking for someone who performs miracles for a below market salary. Don’t believe the job description when they say you don’t need to meet every requirement - you need to meet more than that.

Following a promising initial call with the talent team, where my experience was acknowledged as relevant, I was left disappointed by the lack of follow-up. Despite being assured of next steps, emails were ignored, leaving me feeling ghosted. Improved communication would enhance the candidate experience

2 stage interview process - call with talent acquisition followed by interview with head of department. Very quick, all calls were complete within a week and feedback/offer was given the day or two after final interview. Couldn’t fault the communication and speed
