Navarro College interview questions

There was a panel of five people. That was a surprise. A little nerve wracking but they tried hard to make it more comfortable. They asked thought provoking questions and were very professional.

Interview process was 2 rounds. The first was a committee interview with standard interview questions. The 2nd interview was the top 3 candidates with the two superiors doing a more conversational deep interview with a general skills test.
