Interview
1. Initial HR Screen: A short introductory call (about 15-20 mins). They explained about the role, and the hiring process.
2. Technical Assessment: A type of psychometric test via Adam Milo. questions regarding math calculations, pattern identification, and graph understanding.
In-Person Analytical Interview: Met with the team lead for a practical session. They provided 2 tables containing campaign data (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, Spend, etc.) and asked me to perform calculations regarding which campaign was more successful, how come, etc.
