Nativo interview questions

I had been waiting for the interviewer in the zoom meeting room for 30min. But finally, the interviewer did not show up. They should have shown respect to the interviewees. This is unprofessional.

I had a 30 minute phone screen with HR and another 30 minute zoom interview with hiring manager. I was then asked to schedule a 90 minute zoom interview with the same hiring manager and his manager. I knew there would be an assessment but I was not aware they would be having me share my screen and code out a responsive advertisement for them on the spot. It was uncomfortable and awkward.
