Approached by a Recruiting Firm - initial interview with them; further interview with manager then virtual panel interviews (because of Covid19) with relevant stakeholders. Also due to Covid the position was put on hold for several months so that NI could ascertain if this role would be considered business critical.
Despite the position being put on hold, NI provided me with a comprehensive feedback call, remained in contact and was open and transparent about the process and reasons. Open to suggestions around slight tweaks in the recruitment process and very flexible on timing.
