I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Native Design (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Laughably disorganised. Unwelcoming. Completely disrespectful of my time. It looks like the many negative reviews about this company are still true. Glad I dodged a bullet and I feel obliged to warn others.
I had 3 interviews with this company across 2 months...including with the founder, 2 virtual and one in-person. After being told I would hear back early the week after about getting the job or not, I was ghosted until I chased them up myself for feedback, They replied saying they will be in touch soon and never replied again - neither with a no or a yes. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched after I had taken time out of my current employment to meet their interview requirements. Why were they hiring for a role if they can't even have the decency to communicate throughout the process?
Their hiring process is completely underdeveloped, each interview was disjointed and felt more like they were scrutinising the need to hire someone for the job they had posted themselves. The interviews felt more like some kind of power-play/intimidation than showing any interest in my skills or presenting the company as somewhere inspiring to work.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt at each stage, however once I was the one doing my utmost to arrange the interviews and seek feedback after they postponed on me multiple times - I wouldn't work here even for double the salary.
The process was a mess and clearly not properly defined. It felt like it was being made up as they went along.
