Nations Direct Mortgage interview questions

Very transparent. Willing to answer all questions openly. I asked difficult questions and they were answered in a concise manner. Great first impression of the company and good feel for the culture.

The interview was very casual and the two women who interviewed me were professional yet easy going. There was no actual discussion or questions about my technical experience in the job I applied for. It seemed the "interview" was more of a meet & greet to go over the job function and whether or not I was willing to take on the responsibility.
