The interview process was somewhat lengthy. Show that you know your field and are committed to teaching and helping others succeed. There are many of forms to fill out and the submission-response cycle is slow.

After completing a sample grading and a complete review of curriculum vitae, transcripts, and other samples, there is a standard interview with questions about background, expertise, teaching philosophy, and so on. There was only one interview and the interviewer was kind and gracious.

Interview
Submission of resume and cover letter online in response to job announcement. I was called for an initial telephone interview by the department chair. This was follow-up with a face-to-face interview on campus.
