I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at National University in Sep 2018
Interview
There was only one interview and it was with the Center Director and Associate Regional Dean. Very simple and straight-forward.

Question 1
Not really any difficult questions that I remember... they did have questions for me but not the "What would you do in this situation" or anything. It was basically a conversation about my skills and the university, not so much an interrogation feeling!
First was a phone interview with the recruiter. If you're choosen to go on you will then meet in person. In my case I met with the director of the campus and the assistant director of the campus.

Interview
Applied online, received a call a couple days later from the center director. Very polite person and informative. After letting me know the hours and the job description, I was asked to come in for an interview the following Monday.
The interview took place at the University, it consisted of two interviewers. The people in the office were very nice and talked to me while I nervously waited to be called in to the interview room.

Question 1
There were no hard interview questions, mostly all common. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? What is your biggest misconception? What does integrity mean to you? What is a good work ethic? What would your previous manager tell me about you?
