They asked irrelevant questions that everyone asks. I did have to show what I knew about thw position but the office was so quiet and everyone looked so miserable that I just couldn't take the job. The managers really don't seem like they know what they're doing.

I met with the hiring manager for 1 hour, and 3 other key staff members for 30 minutes. It was a general interview where I was asked about my specific skills for the organization, my strengths/weaknesses, what I contribute to the team.
