Terrible. Had me interview with 4 people at 4 seperate interviews on the same day at the company office only to be asked the same questions over and over. They rejected me, which is fine, but what happened next is troubling. They emailed me saying they wanted to move forward with me for the position, and got my hopes up, only to tell me a day later they meant to email someone else with the same name. They didn't even offer an apology. Do not waste your time on a company that doesn't value people.
- How previous experience works for the new position

Started with a few calls with an HR rep, then a multi-round video interview with 4-6 employees. Fairly casual talk about their business, their needs, and my experience. Questions never got too technical. Focused on work experience and behavioral questions.
- Describe previous experience and technical projects.
- Describe ability with different languages/technologies

I did an over the phone interview after having submitted my resume to HR. I was interviewed by someone in HR, not the legal office, and was asked a series of questions about qualifications, skill level, and prior experience. The entire interview was about an hour.
- What previous work experience do you have?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at National Rural Utilities Cooperative (Dulles, VA) in Feb 2019
The interview was 3 hours long and divided it up into smaller interviews with different people in the department I was interviewing for. I first met with my recruiter and then had 4 interviews and then had a closing interview with the recruiter.
- Each interviewer had their own questions to ask. They focused largely on my resume and the process of the company.

The initial screening took place on the phone. They automatically say that pay will be well below industry averages for this type of work. I decided to continue pursuing it, but the second round interview took more than 30 days to happen. The location is right off a highway, requires a car, has little in the area for enjoyment or even places to live, and runs you through VA or MD traffic for the commute. The time I was given to appear for the interview was not left up to discussion. There was no communication throughout the more than 30 day gap in interviews. Finally, the process seemed unorganized with meeting senior members and none of the more junior people who will be your direct peers. Afterwards, they sent a completely impersonal rejection letter that sounded like I had only submitted an application and didn't interview there at all. Overall, pay would be low and everyone there seemed nice but a little too niche relative to the overall makeup of the industry.
- Do you use VBA programming? Mostly fit and background related questions.

Three 30 minute interview sessions with HR, hiring manager and the VP of Finance. I was made an offer after four or five days from the interview. Accepted the role a couple of days thereafter.
- A lot of excel and formula related questions. Since I have advanced excel knowledge the interview was relatively easy.

Initial interview will be conducted by an HR staff. Then, followed by a series of 1 to 3 interviews depending on the position and department. There may be a panel of interviewers on the 2nd interview. However, if an employee knows someone from management, it is possible that they don't need to undergo the interview process and get hired immediately.

Excellent process, gatekeeper then series of four individual interviews including with human resources, direct report manage and two other managers. Met at headquarters, a new facility that has received national awards for its green approach. Locate in a fairly remote suburban area. Very quiet offices. All were great and I would enjoy working there with the exception of one officer that was predisposed in his decision. Good luck.
