Potential mentors will call you and will try to get you on their project so they can get "free labor". Mostly behavioral questions, some technical. Their selection process was flawed in that the first mentor who makes the selection gets you on their project. Needs more flexibility.

Great. Very good interview, very kind and challenging. Met with a team and discussed project and ideas for implementation. Mix of technical questions and career questions as well as discussion about NREL.
