Recruited straight from college. Initial on-campus interview at university. Then they brought me back for several interviews on site in Austin,TX. They put me up in a hotel in Austin for the weekend and several dinners on the company dime. The interview process was pretty intimidating but everyone involved was very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Interviewed for the engineering leadership program, conducted as a interview day with other graduates. Mixture of HR and technical interview, group task and meal with fellow applicants. Great experience and well executed.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted. However, no response from the recruiter for weeks after the panel interview. Unprofessional
