Easy basic questions. Mostly about you as a person. Technical knowledge takes a back seat. Questions centred around leadership, problem solving, teamwork, morals, values. Questions are usually in the form of "Tell us a time/Give an example of when you..." The interviewer may not necessarily know anything technical or specific about the role itself. They have a mark scheme with 'key word' you have to hit. There's always a question about DEI which count towards your total score with equal weighting. Questions seem limited to you as a person, the job advert and information available publicly on the website.

The interview process was quite easy compared to other interviews, they tell you topics they're going to ask you about, so come prepared and ready for it.
