Online application then pre recorded interview and games test. Everything is done online and if you pass that stage they send an email for an assessment day. You get a response very quickly as its done by Artificial intelligence and you get your insights within a few hours

A group excercise, an analysis and an interview
The group work is an analysis preparing for a presentation after a fixed time.
Most information needed is given for the group and individual analysis

Interview
It was good, they asked questions about your experience the process was very casual. They typically have a multi-stage process starting with HR screening, followed by behavioral-based video or phone interviews, and often include panel interviews or case studies for technical roles.
