National Employment Law Project interview questions

Phone screening, then first interview with immediate supervisor, then group interview, each no more than an hour, spread over four to six weeks. In between interview one and two there was a take-home writing assignment

I was contacted two weeks after applying for the position. After that, I was interviewed for four rounds, each spaced about a week apart. In the end, after six weeks of mutual consideration, they did not even have the decency to send me a rejection email. They ghosted me. Very disappointing for a justice-oriented organization.
