Interview
I was contacted two weeks after applying for the position. After that, I was interviewed for four rounds, each spaced about a week apart. In the end, after six weeks of mutual consideration, they did not even have the decency to send me a rejection email. They ghosted me. Very disappointing for a justice-oriented organization.
