Filled out an online application form before completing psychometric tests. After passing the tests you are given a video interview. You only move on to the next stage if you pass the previous stage.

Applied online, CV and simple competency questions. The process took about 3 weeks. The application was followed by online tests including numerical and logical reasoning. There was also a FireFly Freedom game that tests your risk appetite and memory skills. After the passing the online tests I was invited to a strength based telephone interview with the HR department.
