I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nasdaq (Sydney) in Mar 2022
Interview
Not transparent with steps in the application process. Had to do two redundant technical assessments - one online timed exam and one interview style one with 9+ seniors in the same zoom call. No heads up about it being technical. Felt very under prepared as I thought technical component was already over. Seemed a bit excessive.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Nasdaq (Bengaluru) in Dec 2025
Interview
I applied through a LinkedIn referral, after which my resume was shortlisted and I was asked to fill out an application form again. I then received an assessment link for a one-hour online test covering computer science fundamentals such as cloud computing, operating systems, data structures, code debugging, and coding. After clearing the assessment, I was shortlisted for the interview rounds. The first interview round included a self-introduction and DSA-based questions. I was not shortlisted after the second technical interview round and therefore did not proceed to the HR round.
