Interview
The interview process began with a pre-recorded video interview using a third-party platform. I was asked to respond to 5 behavioral and situational questions, with about 30 seconds to prepare and 1–2 minutes to answer each. There was no live interaction at this stage. After that, I was invited to a virtual interview with a hiring manager, which was more conversational and focused on my experience, technical skills, and cultural fit. The overall process took around 2–3 weeks from application to final decision, and communication was clear throughout.
