Interview
The interview process is very very straightforward. You apply and when invited for an interview, it’s informal and very easy going. The questions are mostly based on yourself and they touch base lightly if you’ve had previous experience. After, they will schedule you for a 2-4 hour “trainee” shift to see how you like the job role.
Very easy. Need to be observant while unpaid training. It can be done just be sure of temperature checks, be willing to be flexible. 1 hour of unpaid training and questions will be asked later by the manager

Interview
Was invited for a group interview and we had to do a lot of team work. A lot of the store managers assessed which Nandoca were best suited for their branch. I was selected to work at William St., Perth. After the group activity, we then had to sit down for a one on one interview and they asked very basic questions like how would we handle customer complaints and what would we do if we saw one of our colleagues doing something inappropriate. Then after that round was done we just waited for a few days and then we received a phone call confirming which branch you’ve been selected to work at and get the letter of employment.
