The interview process consists of two group interviews with current RA's and other candidates for the job, and one one-on-one interview with an RHAD. During the group interviews, certain scenarios are presented as well as other challenges.

Interview
There is the group interview (around 30 people) which includes discussion questions, presentation of a project, and scenario reenactments.
There is also a one on one interview on a different date.
2 round, first group interview and then individual interview. It tests how you prioritize tasks, communicate with others and lead people. Be positive and make good impressions as a leader.
