I did a quick Skype interview twice. I was casual and straightforward. The questions were all expected and I was rather surprised by how positive he/she was about my application. I felt like the interview was more of a confirmation process rather than screening. I honestly think it would really depend on which POI you are interviewing with. My employer was very casual.
