First round (with Advisor) - They will assess our proposal management knowledge and communication skills. Second round (with Lead) - You will be given an assessment to complete. Like to create a PPT proposal or Word proposal for a given scenario. The proposal lead will assess your skills and knowledge on that. Third and final (with Manager) - Your ability to adapt and grow with the team will be assessed in this stage.

The interview was great and straightforward. There were three rounds. Questions were mostly around the process knowledge and experience. There was an exercise to test my skills as well. The last round was with the Reporting Manager and it was purely to assess my fit within the team.
