I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Singapore)
Interview
2 rounds of interview. First round short was more of a get to know you. Second round longer with HR and someone from the department. Included some technical questions, and additional questions from the HR. Both HR and department person were really nice.
I have given the interview for the role of Software developer and they have asked basic questions from Java but felt the interviewer was not having the clarity of the questions asked.
The interview was a genuinely positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere right from the start, which helped ease any nervousness. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, giving me a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience. I also appreciated the clear communication about the process and next steps, which made the overall experience feel transparent and professional
