I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (San Jose, San Jose) in Mar 2017
Interview
Process is not very complicated, it's not very different than many companies, most of the delays in the process are related to client responses, but from ntt data side it's not bad.
You probably will have
- recruiter interview
- ntt data costa rica technical interviewer
- client side interview (depending on the client this could be complicated and long)
- hr interview
i just heard about some cases where you agreed a salary with the recruiter and when you are going to sign the contract the amount is lower, it didn't happen to me but you have to be careful with this and let them know, we suspect this is recruiter's fault
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
recuiters have no knowledge on what you are going to do, so this first interview should not be complciated.
Regarding the technical interviews the experience may vary a lot depending on the client. This could become very complex.
i can't tell you about hr interview since they moved hr from costa rica to panama after i was hired
The interview was a genuinely positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere right from the start, which helped ease any nervousness. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, giving me a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience. I also appreciated the clear communication about the process and next steps, which made the overall experience feel transparent and professional
