Interview Cycle: 1 TA Screening Call (30 Mins) 1 Hiring Manager Call (30 Mins) 1 4 person panel interview with PPT Presentation (1 Hour). Both of the first 2 calls were very simple/straightforward. I was informed I would be moving on at the end of the call. After the final interview/presentation I received a basic generic email 10 days later advising " At this stage, the hiring manager has decided to move forward with other applicants for Customer Success Manager whose experience more closely aligns with the role." The TA rep was incredibly professional and curious throughout the process.
