Interview
1. Application Submission

2. Initial Screening
Format: Phone call or video call (10–30 minutes).

Focus: Your background, availability, salary expectations, and basic role alignment.
3. First Interview / Behavioral Interview
Format: Video or in-person.
Who: Hiring manager or team member.
Focus: Your experience, achievements, communication skills, and how you handle certain work situations.
Common questions: "Tell me about a time you handled conflict…" or "Describe a successful project you led."
4. Technical or Skills-Based Interview (if applicable)
Format: Could be a coding test, case study, task, or technical Q&A.
Who: A subject-matter expert or team lead.
Focus: Your ability to do the actual work the role requires (e.g., programming, data analysis, writing, design, etc.).
5. Final Interview / Panel Interview
Format: Video or on-site.
Who: Multiple team members or senior leaders.
Focus: Deeper insight into your personality, culture fit, and situational responses.
6. Reference Check (Optional)
Purpose: To confirm your work history and get feedback from former colleagues/managers.
7. Offer Stage
What happens: If you're selected, you receive a job offer.
Can include: Salary, benefits, start date, and sometimes negotiation.
