NOVEC SA interview questions

The interview process with NOVEC SA for the Financial Analyst position was well-organized and professional. It began with an online application, followed by an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications and experience. Next, I was invited to an in-person panel interview that focused on both technical knowledge and behavioral questions. The panel consisted of two interviewers – one from HR and another from the finance team. They asked detailed questions about financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario-based problem solving. There was also a case study to evaluate my analytical and presentation skills. The interviewers were friendly, and they provided insights into the company’s values and the responsibilities of the role.
