Online application; then got invited to first round 30min screening with an analyst; after that I was invited to participate in the superday which consists of three rounds of back-to-back 30 min interviews with associate/ vp /md

All went well until the super day. 3 interviews first was good. Second interview the director seemed disinterested the entire time. 3rd interview the MD showed up 15 minutes late and talked for 5 minutes.
