Went through recruiting company. Several call from recruiting company. Convinced me that NMI is the best place to work and interview. Phone screen call form Director of IT team. 45 minutes technical interview, tough one but was able to answer. Got selected for next and final round interview. Though, I was not sure to work for a financial company but I was convinced after talking to recruiter and Director of IT. In persons interview scheduled. Didn't like the culture and wrong statements given to me after interview. Double standard people!1 Thank God, didn't accept this position.
