Interview
The interview process took about 2 months. First, I met with the HR recruiter, then with my would-be direct supervisor, and after that I met with almost everyone from the team I would be a part of, followed by the chief of HR. Everyone was very welcoming, professional, and described the job requirements & expectations, as well as the challenges of the position I was interviewing for.

Interview
Admittedly I found the process to be very involved, but with that being said the thoroughness of it really alleviated/ minimized the surprises. You have a very clear idea of what lies ahead of you should you decide to pursue the position further.
