It was a very cumbersome process. It was very unorganized. It went on for months and I was not clear on what is next. They need to improved how they conduct interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NITOR PARTNERS in Nov 2018
Interview
Easy. Mainly behavior and cultural fit questions. There were a few technical questions but none that was hard. Pretty standard. First interview with manager. Second interview with Director.

I applied through university. I interviewed at NITOR PARTNERS (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2012
Interview
Lucky enough and well prepared, I started my internship at Nitor, a passionate, creative consultant company focused on procurement.
As a master student in supply chain management, I learnt a bunch of expert knowledge from my courses in theory and I was desperate to apply them to the real business world. But the first lesson I learnt from reality is not the math but communication is the king of work. You may have the most brilliant idea but without well understanding what your costumer want and giving them understandable convey of your idea, the work will just go to dead end.
