I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NHS Tayside (Dundee, Scotland) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was a presentation and a set of 8 questions following that, and it was okay. I felt their decision was based on weird criteria. Their focus wasn't on the presentation, but rather on the answers given to the questions that are subjectively based.

Question 1
Describe how you would differentiate regional and country-level statistics?
questions about my self and how id fit the role of a volunteer working for the nhs and if i had any experience working with elderly and how id be able to help on the ward
Very efficient. I got a phonecall offering me the job on the same day. Only downside takes a while to get started, the checks of reference etc take a while.
