Online tests: personality, situational judgement, numerical and verbal
Interview: basic competency questions with senior managers. They require very detailed answers so really think about why you want this job and make sure you prepare using the leadership framework

Why nhs? Why this scheme? Insufficient to just give a general answer
It was a very good experience. All the interview stages were really creative and helpful. I am satisfied by the whole process. Especially the assessment center was really productive and well organized.

Interview
I had to complete an application, followed by online tests. The online tests weren't too hard and the numerical reasoning was pretty simple. This was followed by a video interview which was pretty long and fairly hard.
