Pipetting
30 min intereview. 3 panel members. Understanding and positive attitude. Questions seemed quite stiff and more of a checkbox exercise, though I imagine this is common in NHS interviews for better candidate comparison scoring.
two managers and someone from the lab, they asked the standard NHS value questions, have i worked in a lab before, previous experience, how would you do certain tests, what would you do if you see something wrong
