Interview
Initially there was a group interview. The next stage required participants to pass two tests on Numeracy and English. After that there was another interview step before being given the role. If you have relevant experience or show a strong enthusiasm you have a better chance of success.
straightforward, casual interview which involved a series of questions relating to the duties of the job and prior experience that was relevant. Interviewers were friendly and put me at ease
The interview went very well, with basic interview questions about the experience and knowledge of the field and working in NHS settings.

9 questions 3 per interviewer wasn’t too hard but they reword the typical tell us about yourself to see if you think quickly, overall very fair and friendly staff .
