The interview itself was good - but be prepared to deal with some combative questions. It felt a bit like being tested; can you handle criticism and explain your decision making.

Really disappointing, did quite a big project which took 2-3 evenings after work to complete in own time, which is normal for a job interview in this field, but not even a generic rejection email was sent after the interview, just completely ghosted. Didn't need to take 5 minutes to write, just a polite 'unfortunately you were unsuccessful' email would have been appreciated. Chased recruiter multiple times and ignored, just a complete disregard to peoples time really! Be kind, we're humans and time is precious.
