There was no interview, they just rang up and said to come in and do a trial. In the trial, I just put clothes that were due to be collected by customers on rails in the right place.

Interview
Brief interview talking about yourself and skill then followed by having to help out on the shop floor for 20 minutes while being examined by the person interviewing you.
