I applied online. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
I had to produce a body of work responding to a brief, I was given about a week to do this. This was then followed by a telephone interview. I was then invited to attend an interview at the Head Office. As my role was a temporary maternity cover this was quite informal. I was interviewed by the senior designer and we talked through my response to the brief and other areas of the role. I found it quite a friendly atmosphere and was made to feel at ease.

Wouldn’t interview at Next again. Very condescending, seems like they expect a lot from you in return for little pay.
