It is a short interview. A simple skill test is offered to test the logic thinking of a programmer. There are 5 short questions. A laptop is provided to do the coding as well as searching on the internet. The whole process is like around 2 hours. If they are interested on you, they will actually bring you to the HR to discuss the salary and benefits.
