The hiring manager shared a Loom video introducing Nexl, the role, and their vision - a personable touch I hadn’t seen elsewhere. I was then invited to return my own Loom, sharing my background, what drew me to apply, and a few personal insights that showed they genuinely cared about getting to know me. From there, the process flowed seamlessly: a phone chat, a conversational interview with the team that was realistic about both the role and its challenges, and then a final few steps. I was updated at every stage, and the whole experience reflected Nexl’s brand - fast, thoughtful, and people-first. Looking back now, I can see it was authentically “Nexl-like” from the very start.
