NEXHS Renewables interview questions

The CEO was not professional. He was literally unethical, don't even know how to conduct the interview. He doesn't know the market value. He told me that he will offer me a 2k hike from what I'm getting currently. He was using the calculator in front of the candidate to discuss the salary percentages. I don't know what kind of salary discussion was that, so unprofessional. Even he told me that I don't know Hindi which was already mentioned in my Resume though. Then why the hell they called me for the F2F Interviews? I know the local language and Professional Language. This role was not to handle labor ppl. It was to handle engineering ppl then why the hell should I know Hindi? If you want only Hindi ppl then run your business on your soil not here. Tamil ppl please don't lose your time and dignity by attending interviews here.
