NE Construction (TX) interview questions

Quick Phone Screen call which was a waste of my time. They wanted specific multi-family experience despite not mentioning it in the job listing. Although I have years of experience in commercial (same processes and procedures), they didn't want to hear a word of it since I didn't have multifamily background. You could have at least looked at my resume and saved us both time. The recruiter they work with didn't seem to know about construction and took them at their word that they wanted multifamily experience. I've seen so much ignored potential by companies who want experience only. Ultimately, glad I didn't move forward. If you're not willing to see me as a person, this company is not the company for me.
