Not the most coordinated process. Took 2 months from start to finish. All the corp process slowed it down. I only had one real interview. The other conversations took place with HR over seas.

A few phone calls, 1:1 interviews back to back at the office. Standard questions were asked. Didn't leave me any time to ask the hiring manager anything. The phone screens were low pressure.

Interview
Seemed totally old school. First I talked to a recruiter who sent me a link to a personality assessment and a math skills test. Really???? I didn't expect the math skills portion of the assessment and actually got interrupted by another call while I was doing it and it timed out. I haven't don't those kind of word problems since my GMAT. Seems like a quite ridiculous way to screen people. I then talked to the hiring manager who was kind of arrogant and blunt. I didn't get the impression that he would carry on the process. I also didn't get the impression that the company has any interest at all in helping to increase the number of women in technology sales. All in all, this just didn't feel like a place I'd want to work.
