Interview
You would do the application and then an in person interview if selected. It is usually two people within the interview initially. One management and one peer. Then from there if the interview is going smoothly and they may feel like you would be a good fit, they will invite a VP to ask a question or two.
The interview process was really smooth and the interviewer was very kind. Standard questions were asked and it was an overall positive experience. I was able to ask follow up questions. I ended up essentially obtaining the job.

Interview
Calm environment, and was interviewed by a single person. Overall, the conversation was casual, with varying questions throughout about ethics and handling different situations. A lot of information was provided about SECU and about internal hiring/growth. If hiring for more than one position, you will hear back after all interviews are completed.
