1 - Online Application for shortlisting
The online application was fairly straightforward, no difficult questions.
2 - Assessment Day at NBCU office.
The assessment day was split into many different sections, with about 30 applicants per section. There was a fun group case study and presentation
3 - Interview with Hiring Manager
Depending on your job function, the duration and questions will differ.

Interview
Interviewed for the Seth Myers late night show. First had a one way video. They allowed a few redos when filming submissions. Then I revived a email to do a video meeting with the intern coordinator.
1) submit your application
2) either get rejected or move on in the recruiting process to complete hirevue
3) if selected to, second round virtual interview with the team
4) may get selected for a follow-up interview (not always the case)
Fairly straightforward questions, make sure to do research on the company beforehand and be prepared. There were 4 questions asking about your experience, why you want to work for NBC, and what you're looking forward to doing if selected to work for them.
