Very comforting, engaging in conversations rather than shooting me question after question. Really want to get to know your personality because it comes down to do they want to work with you every single day. They like to Previous experience.

This interview process was smooth. The recruiter was very responsive and I got pretty timely updates over the course of 6 or 7 weeks. Couple rounds with different managers/VPs, a technical round, and an on-site. Pretty standard for NBC I think

One project you are proud of, and one project that did not go as planned?
One screening call with HR. Afterward, multiple virtual interviews discussing interests and skills. Virtual calls with immediate manager and similar teams. Quick replies and organized format. Questions about interest in media and competencies were focus although side discussions were organic.

Interview
I was interviewed by the team leader who was very nice and friendly. The whole process was smooth and straight-to-point. He asked about my knowledge about the technical stuff and my understanding of this media/broadcasting industry, which I know very little about. (That's why I failed.)
